We target 99.9% monthly availability for the web application and payment processing. Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours (typically 02:00–04:00 UTC) with at least 24 hours’ notice posted here. No formal SLA with financial remedies is currently offered — see our Terms of Service §8.
