Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Business) include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with Invoicify for any reason within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@useinvoicify.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your Invoicify account
• The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

We will confirm receipt of your request within one business day.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. Your account remains active and fully functional until the end of your current paid billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

5. Partial Refunds

After the 30-day money-back window has passed, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the period ends but will not receive a partial refund for the remaining days.

6. Exceptions

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (including fraudulent use, abuse, or chargebacks initiated without first contacting us)
• Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window from the date of first payment
• Accounts that have previously received a refund under this guarantee
